Loons

Our area waters are the summer home of the Common Loon. Their cries are hauntingly beautiful. Loons can be found on First, Second, and Third Connecticut Lake, Lake Francis, Back Lake, Round Pond and Clarksville Pond. Loon are migratory and spend early May thru November in our area.
