Round Pond
62 acres in size and easily accessible over a good gravel road is Round Pond. Brook trout inhabit these waters that reach depth close to 20 feet. We offer a row boat on this pond. A great pond to teach a child to fish!
Fishing Season:
4th Saturday in April to October 15th
Brook Trout ~ 5 fish or 5 lbs whichever is reached first.
Directions from Lopstick; Take US Route 3 north 1+ mile to Round Pond Road. This is the second left hand turn north of the lodge. There is a flat rock facing Route 3 with the road name on it. Take Round Pond Rd to where the road forks. Bear right. The unimproved boat launch is a 1/4 mile or less on the left.
