We guide the Androscoggin River below Errol NH mid May through mid- July and then again mid September until October 15th. The Androscoggin River is famous for its Alder Fly hatch which occurs during the latter part of June.The Androscoggin River is home to landlocked salmon and brook trout. The river is dam controlled but tends to warm a bit in summer months. Best months to fish the Androscoggin are May, June, some of July, September and October.

The Androscoggin is a good sized river and is best accessed by driftboat. There are few safe areas for wading. The Andro is located along route 16 from Errol to Gorham NH. It takes approximately 50+ minutes to reach the Androscoggin from the lodge.

A full day drip on the Androscoggin river would leave from the lodge between 7-8 am and end between 6 and 8 pm.  We provide a s shore lunch and drinks. We drift the Androscoggin mid-May thru mid-July and then mid-September until October 15th.
