Good afternoon one and all, fall is here and she's beautiful.
Seasons here, It's gone it's past things of treasure beauty, no mater how tight may seldom reveal once was and may not last. Wow! It sure has come in full this past week. The weathers been fairly nice as of late, cool night and nice days. We've had a bit of rain just yesterday. The rivers have been high as of late, they've been releasing a fair amount of water from the dams which has some positive and also negative results. The facts are, the fish are there and feeding and fresh fish coming up from the lake. The downside is that sometimes they are hard to get to. Wading staffs are highly recommended but not absolute. We've still been out nearly every day and everyday we'll at least find some fish. Although sometimes we need an ample amount of splitshot we'll persevere and sometimes even triumph. I've been to the Andro this past week with the water at 2714 cfs a touch high but still fishable. Today as I wait for my next trip over there the flows have
dropped to 2408 cfs we've got some sun and a touch of breeze, I'm looking for to it and the next several days. As I stated earlier the wading will be interesting but it's often an adventure. Well got another busy week coming up. A few wades and also a few drifts, it's a nice variety. Who knows maybe this week well have a slight reprieve from the high water. And I've heard mixed results from our anglers visiting this week, some did well and for some it was" tough" we should say.
Good luck to you all.
Thank You, and get out there before it's to late. PEACE Tight
