 Good evening folks, Thanks for checking in. Well the foliage is starting to turn and I suspect this next week or so should be in full color. It makes me laugh as I watch our flies drift above the sudden flash of golden autumn, ahh, it's just a leaf. If it hasn't happen to you give it time and you'll see. Well this past week, has much like the others proven to be interesting. The fishing in the trophy stretch from my experience hasn't been easy, but with tenacity it will prove to be productive. If you cover enough water you'll find the fish.We've been nymphing in the morning and throwing dries in the afternoon and into the evening. I've been finding my best luck with small and non-descipt. I also headed over to the Andro and drifted the Conn. We've caught some beautiful fish and had some great times. We've finally had a few nice days weather wise and there saying that we shouldn't see much precipitation before Thursday. Hopefully things will dry out a little bit and maybe still see more hatches on the floats. We'll be heading back out all this week wading and drifting. I kinda love this time of year, it drives me nuts, everyday it changes. It makes me really respect my advisories. The unknown, it's always interesting to find out what's around the next corner.
