Good evening anglers and anglerettes, this here has been one of the more interesting weeks.  We've just been bouncing around making it happen. This week I had some of the bestest anglerettes ever.....(Po, Bridgette and Kate) And a whole lot of fun to fish with. I had a brand new guy who really proved his metal by battling it out in the worst current of 303c.f.s, He did real well for himself. We've had some fantastic fishing, Big salmon caught on nymphs and dies, the biggest of those was taken on a Parachute Adams, we had a beautiful 17" Rainbow caught nymphing on the Andro and a very handsome Brown 18" on a B.W.O. caught on the Connecticut just this evening.

The lower sections were high and dirty earlier this week but are super clear and a little low right now. It's been fishing great. The trophy is up a little at 303c.f.s. but has a ton of fish in it along with some beautiful Salmon. We spent some time on the small streams and for caddis dry fly fishing is a whole lot of fun. Who knows what the weather and fishing will be next week but I know it will be interesting, it's been that way the entire season.

There has been quite a few very pleased anglers this, there has also been e good reports coming from the ponds and some trollers has really done well on the lakes. We've had a few really nice days although the weather guessers didn't say we were suppose to. The rain has held off and today was actually hot. So folks the fishing is now really exciting, you all better get up here. Killer dry fly fishing on the Connecticut floats.
