Bill's River Blog October 12, 2009
The fishing this fall has been rather good despite the weather, crowds and low water flows. We floated the Andro last week and did quite well. Also there has been a lot more salmon up from Lake Francis. They are running a gauntlet of anglers and low water scenario's but there coming. This week will slow down slightly as far as the anglers go, there is beautiful sights, the foliage is spectacular. The few remaining days are always to be treasured and can prove to be a fitting way to end the season. As to all, all good things must come an end. Although not completely. I'll be spending time over in Vermont fishing for Salmon on the Clyde and fishing small mouth on the Andro. If any of you adventurous anglers want to try something different just let us know. It may be done here later this week, but I'll still be wetting a line.
