All that aside lets get down to the nitty gritty. The flows are still up, for now at least. I was told last week that they we're suppose to drop but obviously I was misled. So hopefully they will at least recede a little this week. Personally, as you may know, I like them a little high, it is far better for the fishing. Hey, it is what it is. The fishing has been just great this past week, I certainly cannot see a lull what so ever. Still just as before the temps and levels generally have been fantastic and they are still stocking certain areas. Yeah we've been getting a little rain here and there and even this past week we had a terrible weather day on a float. It was nice when the sun was out which was not the norm. The majority of the day was cold rain and I means hands hurting cold it even sleeted a little on us that day. But it still fished well and in the late afternoon and early evening we fished dries to rising trout. Amazing...... We'll be back out there again this week and we hope you all will come up to join us. I'll see you up here soon

Good evening, morning, or for all that is it may just be being all. Yes, Life is funny the way the mind wanders sometimes seamless ongoing the way the river flows always. One eddy, one pillow a seem a pocket it's is and always will always constant but never the same.Or at least we hope for our lifetime and for the future anglers. Could you imagine if the Connecticut just wasn't??? What makes us enjoy this the way we do? That kinda hurts thinking about that, think if you we're a trout would you really prefer a mayfly over a caddis, how about beatles? We all know they love ants.
