Lakeview

Lakeview is comfortable three bedroom home.  Located across from our main lodge, Lakeview boasts a great view on two acres overlooking First Connecticut Lake. It has three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen, and a third bedroom with two twin beds and one queen bed. Sleeps up to 8.  Amenities include a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and dinnerware; a full bathroom with tub / shower; living room with color satellite TV and VCR/DVD, telephone, a charcoal grill in the summer and a nice deck. Summer 2008 Rate ~ $130.00 a night for 2, $37.50 per additional persons, children 3-17 $20.00, 2 and under, no charge 
Summer Weekly Rate $780.00 for 2,  $225.00 per additional persons, children 3-17 $120.00.

Winter Rate 2009 Rate ~ $225.00 per night for 4 weekends and holidays, $202.50 per night midweek, non-holiday,  Additional persons add $37.50 per night, children 3-17 add $20.00 per night.
