Overlook is a private, three bedroom home with incredible views of First Connecticut Lake. Overlook is poised on 4 acres at the end of a private road, high on the hillside taking in the sweeping views of the lake and surrounding mountains. If privacy with a gorgeous view is a must for your vacation, then Overlook is the place for you! It features a 4 person hot tub, two baths, a spacious kitchen with cook top, dual ovens, dishwasher, microwave and everything you'd need in a kitchen. The mud room has washer / dryer, while its three bedrooms can sleep up to 8. Other amenities include SAT TV, VCR/DVD, telephone, outdoor campfire pit and a gas grill on the back porch in the summer.
Rates Summer 2011 Rate ~ $190.00 a night for 2, $37.50 per additional persons, children 3-17 $20.00, 2 and under, no charge Winter 2012 Rate ~ $299.00 a night for 4, $37.50 per additional persons. January and March Midweek Special Rate - $269.00 a night for 4, Sunday -Thursday in January and March, $37.50 per additional persons, children 3-17 $20.00, 2 and under, no charge. *except January 15, 2012
