Recently built, the Guest House overlooks First Lake and is a favorite cabin! Its warm stone, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, spacious interior, satellite color TV, VCR, and stunning view make it the perfect spot for a special getaway with friends or just that special someone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for cooking including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and gas grill on the deck in the summer. Relax by the fire or soak in the two person whirlpool bath located in the master bedroom!  There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. The lower floor bedroom contains a queen bed and a set of bunks. Summer 2008 Rates ~ $175.00 a night for 2, $37.50 per additional person, children 3-17, add $20.00.  
Summer Weekly rate $1050.00 for 2, $225.00 per additional persons, children 3-17, $120.00. 

Winter 2009 Rates ~ $225.00 a night for 2, weekends and holiday periods, $202.50 a night for 2, Sun-Thurs nights (Non Holiday in January and March) $37.50 per additional persons, Children 3-17 add $20.00.
