On Perry Stream! Three bedrooms; a king master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom. Deer Meadow can sleep up to 6. It has 2 full bathrooms and a complete kitchen that includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove, and refrigerator. All cooking utensils and dinnerware are provided. The cabin also features waher/dryer, telephone, and a gas grill in the summer. Spacious cabin on Perry Stream large enough for 2 couples plus or a family group. Non-smoking, sorry no pets.
Rates Summer 2010 Rates ~ $190.00 a night for 2, $37.50 per additional person, children 3-17, add $20.00. Winter 2011 Rates ~ $295.00 a night for 4, weekends and peak periods, $265.50 a night for 4, Sun-Thurs nights (non peak in January or March) $37.50 per additional persons, Children 3-17 add $20.00.
